Beckmans x Brixtol Textiles Collaboration February `26

At Brixtol Textiles, collaboration is at the heart of how we evolve. This February, we partnered with three graduating designers from Beckmans College of Design to explore new perspectives on outerwear, craftsmanship, and sustainable innovation.

Each designer brought their unique vision to life - from the psychedelic energy of contemporary workwear to the haunting beauty of London's Great Smog, and the quiet intersection of utility and emotion. Through these distinct voices, we see the future of fashion: bold, thoughtful, and deeply personal.

This collaboration is more than a creative exchange. It's a testament to what happens when emerging talent meets a commitment to quality and responsibility - when ideas are given space to challenge conventions and reshape what outerwear can be.

Beckmans recipients:

Klara Stålenbring - "Psychedelic Workaholic"

Drawing from the chaos of the Mods movement and the refinement of contemporary workwear, Klara's collection explores psychedelic workaholism through a barren lens. Muted tones, durable materials, and distorted elements create a bold fusion of street style and intentional design.

Mar Coll - "Sentimental Utility"

Mar's collection softens the line between function and feeling, exploring a reflective nostalgia where the practical and emotional intertwine. In this quiet space, utility becomes sentimental - carrying not what is clearly remembered, but what is deeply felt.

Nicke Salomonsson - "52"

Inspired by London's Great Smog of 1952, Nicke's work reflects on a city filtered through shades of gray - a moment when industrial power collided with human vulnerability. What was once tragedy now serves as warning, translated into garments that carry weight and memory.
