Why Re-Wax Your Jacket

Every Brixtol Textiles waxed cotton garment is built to last. Over time and through regular wear, the protective wax layer naturally begins to fade when exposed to rain, wind, and daily friction. Our Re-Wax Service restores the protection and extends the life of your garment for years to come.

Waxed cotton is designed to age beautifully, but to maintain its water-repellent performance, the fabric occasionally needs to be reproofed. Re-waxing restores the protective surface while preserving the unique character your jacket develops over time.

How It Works

We re-wax your garment using our own Reproofing Wax, developed in collaboration with Halley Stevensons — world-leading manufacturers of waxed and waterproof fabrics. Each garment is treated carefully by hand, ensuring attention to detail and an even finish.

What You Need to Know

• The re-waxing service is available exclusively to owners of Brixtol Textiles waxed cotton garments.
• The service covers re-waxing only and does not include repairs.
• Once we receive your garment, the treatment will be completed within approximately 30 days.
• Your garment will be returned to the address provided at checkout.
