Overview

We ship internationally and aim to ship online orders within 24 hours after your purchased on orders placed between Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and/or shipped on proceeding Monday. We ship all online orders from our warehouse located in Borås, Sweden.

SECTION 2

Shipping Costs

The cost of Shipping will vary depending on customers location, total order amount or the item/s purchased. Your shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. Orders shipped to countries located inside of European Union (E.U) are shipped free of cost from Borås, Sweden. Orders shipped outside of the European Union (E.U) may be subject to pay additional costs upon delivery of their order (Section 5). Brixtol Textiles will not account or be held accountable for any additional charges that may arise during the shipment process.

SECTION 3

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

All orders shipped within the European Union (E.U) are shipped free of charge. Surrounding E.U countries may be subject to an additional shipping cost and surcharges depending on the exact location of the shipping address. Countries located within the European continent but are not European Union member nations may not qualify for free shipping.

SECTION 4

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Orders to be shipped outside of the European continent are considered "International" by our warehouse and thus different costs and charges may apply depending on the orders weight, item count and/or total cost. International orders may incurr an import tax charge which the customer will be required to pay upon receiving good/s.

SECTION 5

Import Tax

If you're located outside of the European Union (E.U) you may be subject to pay an Import Tax or otherwise known as Duty Tax on your Brixtol Textiles order/s. This import tax is generally issued upon delivery. Brixtol Textiles will not be held accountable for this additional tax charge and the customer should be aware that they may be required to pay this additional tax when shipping to locations outside of the Europe Union. In most cases you will be required to pay the fee to the delivery UPS worker or your good/s you will be sent a pickup document in the mail and will be required to visit your nearest mailbox offices to pickup and pay your import tax duties.

The import tax is a tax that an importer has to pay to bring foreign goods into their country. Import duty is also known as customs duty, tariff, or Import duty and can be ad valorem, i.e. based on the value of the goods, or it can be specific, i.e. based on weight, dimensions, or other units of measure.

SECTION 6

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping orders to locations within the Europe from our warehouse in Borås, Sweden will generally take between 1 to 3 days to reach their destination but depending on your exact location this may vary. Shipping to locations within Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland) will generally arrive sooner than orders placed outside of Scandinavia. International orders (those outside of the European continent) can take anywhere between 7 - 10 days to reach their destination.
